Why It Matters
Early reflection can support better student well-being.
Medical students face academic workload, frequent assessments, clinical preparation, sleep disruption, and emotional demands. These conditions may affect stress, psychological well-being, academic engagement, and professional development.
MentalCare is designed as an early screening media. It supports self-reflection and educational guidance, but it does not provide diagnosis, therapy, or emergency care.

Educational Guidance
Results include simple self-care and follow-up recommendations.
Development Scope
This prototype is prepared for functional testing, not effectiveness claims.
